RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Daily Bio and is on a case-by-case basis.
IMPORTANT: Please request a Return Authorization Form (RTA Form) from order@dailybiousa.com when returning any items to Daily Bio.
A copy of a completed form and a valid RTA Number MUST be included with your return shipment. Shipments to Daily Bio will not be accepted without a completed Return Authorization Form and RTA Number.

Standard products may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Other products such as specialized products and made-to-order custom products may be subject to an order cancellation charge of up to 30% of your product purchase price. Products created by using our services are not eligible for returns or exchanges
To be approved for a return or exchange, all packages of individual products should be unopened and therefore must be in an unused condition. We reserve the right to inspect them before issuing credit. Product(s) must be returned within 30 days upon your receipt (please inquire about specialized products, Benchtop Equipment, made-to-order custom products, etc. as described above). Return shipments of hazardous material must be packed and labeled to meet DOT regulations. All shipping documents must meet DOT regulations.

Please Note: Return shipping costs to send the product back to Daily Bio is the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by Daily Bio. If items are damaged in transit, no refund will be issued and all damage claims must be taken up with the freight carrier.
